All appropriate dimensional details for your part should be included in 2D drawings, including important dimensions and tolerances, corner radii, thread pitch, surface flatness, and surface finish.
Your desired quantity will help us in determining the most cost-effective method for delivering finished parts to you.
When selecting a manufacturing method, we suggest considering future order volumes as well.Higher initial tooling costs, but lower per-part costs, can be associated with repeat orders.
The material you choose should be based on the part's function, cost, and durability, among other factors. Please be as precise as possible so that we can have an accurate quote.

For colour matching on painted finishes, please specify a Pantone or RAL colour value. Also provide texture options such as gloss, matte, semi-gloss, and so on.
We can colour match your supplied sample if you don't know your exact colour value, but we can't guarantee an exact match.
